2017 IN JPOP/KPOP/CPOP: our 50 favorite tracks (30 a-sides + 20 b-sides = 50/50 fun)
Hello, world! This playlist took way longer than expected to be posted but here it is. Those who follow us on Twitter have probably seen our threads of favorite songs but I wasn’t having much free time to post them here with proper streamable links, et cetera. It's already 2018 but maybe hopefully you guys haven't yet dived too deeply into the waters of 2017.
We've collected 50 killer tracks from J-Pop + K-Pop + C-Pop scenes released in 2017 onto some nice options: our usual download/streaming offerings via Googledrive + an Apple Music playlist + a Spotify playlist + two Twitter threads (ha!)
First 30 tracks in this playlist are promotional singles released by each act – some are popular choices and some are more obscure releases, then the last 20 tracks are b-sides or album tracks that you guyVEs might have missed.

We've been doing these best-of lists for a couple years already and we're very proud to maybe introduce more obscure artists to our followers. By posting free downloads, we actually hope to introduce more people to artists that deserve recognition – that might sound a bit hypocritical nowadays but girl when this blog started finding asian music in the web was a never-ending nightmare.
